Head of Operations
We’re hiring a Head of Operations to lead and optimize our business operations with a focus on strategic planning, efficiency, and leadership. In this role, the ideal candidate will build systems and structures that ensure scalability and prevent overwork across departments, fostering a collaborative and balanced work environment. The ideal candidate will oversee cross-functional operations across e-commerce, logistics, customer experience, and team management to ensure the company maintains its standard of excellence and grows effectively.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building processes, aligning teams, and driving meaningful results. Reporting directly to the Brand Director, this person will also work closely with the marketing department to ensure alignment between operational goals and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight and Leadership
- Develop and implement scalable systems and processes to align with the company’s growth goals.
- Streamline workflows across departments to ensure collaboration and prevent overwork or inefficiencies.
- Provide hands-on leadership to teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and balance.
- Collaborate directly with the Brand Director to align operational strategies with the company’s vision.
Ecommerce and Customer Experience
- Ensure smooth execution of product launches, website updates, and promotional campaigns, in alignment with marketing efforts.
- Oversee the customer experience team, driving strategies to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Monitor ecommerce performance metrics, implementing improvements to increase sales and user engagement.
- Create systems and structures.
Connection with Marketing
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure operational support for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Align on product launch timelines, campaign goals, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across operational and marketing efforts.
Logistics and Warehouse Management
- Lead inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand without excess.
- Oversee shipping logistics and fulfillment operations, addressing challenges proactively to maintain timely deliveries.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure high service standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with warehouse manager to ensure all products are shipping on time and meeting the standards.
Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement
- Analyze key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Build and refine processes that enable scalability and team growth without burnout.
- Report on operational performance and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in operations, preferably within ecommerce, retail, or fashion industries.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and overseeing cross-functional operations.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in inventory management, logistics, customer experience, and marketing collaboration.
- Proficient in using ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and operational tools.
