Summary:
Responsible for the day to day operation and direct supervision of assigned activities within the Bingo department. Oversee overall department and/or shift(s) as assigned. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or employee challenges.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned
- Run closing, summary, session, and 24-hour activity reports
- Enter game payouts and void payout receipts as they occur
- Count and sign off on the main bank
- Post new ace ball amounts and advance the system to the next session
- Monitor sidework and ensure completion
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 year of previous supervisory experience, preferably within a Bingo department
- Previous cash handling experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and lead in small groups, as well as on an individual-basis
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
