Job Description
- Interfacing with subcontractors for the construction of a design-build project.
- Ensure subcontractors follow all safety and security requirements.
- Forecast percent complete, support and add input to construction sequencing, and provide support to Construction Manager as required.
- Review Work Packages for job steps and materials needed to implement work steps.
- Ensure latest copies of all drawings are included in the work packages.
- Ensure all materials required to implement the work packages are properly staged to support completion.
- Ensure work package adherence is maintained, including all work package steps are performed properly and all required documentation and signatures are in place.
- Complete a thorough audit of work packages and close packages.
- Identify any interferences with other crafts and advise on solution.
- Active DOE Q Clearance
- Experience in building construction, planning and on-site supervision.
- 5 to 10 years of Mechanical/Civil and Construction experience.
- Must be a US Citizen.
