This position provides assistance to the production planning, scheduling department, manufacturing and finance. The Planning Assistant is responsible for insuring that inventory control processes are followed, investigated and resolved. Supports all aspects of the cycle count program.
Essential Functions
- Support the Destruction Authorization (DA) process.
Processes DA request
Prepare inventory adjustments.
Month end close activity
Insures components are charged correctly through SAP
Reports and investigates potential inventory errors
