Position Summary
The Integration Analyst will be part of a team responsible for the design and support of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and middleware solutions that integrate the enterprise SAP environments, non-SAP systems, and external business partners. The team is responsible for the middleware application health and sustainability as well as the entire life cycle of the solutions including development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. This position will provide the day-to-day support for the middleware applications as well as EDI and other interfaces within the middleware landscape.
The middleware applications include Axway B2Bi, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, SAP PO, SAP Integration Suite and Redwood RunMyJobs scheduling. The primary focus of this position will be support of Axway B2Bi and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator application as well as the associated EDI and interfaces.
The successful candidate will have strong technical, analytical and communication skills and be willing to learn and take ownership of middleware tools and solutions. This person must be able to listen and collaborate with business and technical teams across the globe to design resilient and maintainable interface solutions that meet the needs of the business.
This position will have a hybrid schedule of Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office - at either our St. Louis, MO or Shelton, CT locations
Accountabilities
- Develop, test, document and implement integration solutions utilizing middleware tools. The solutions must meet the business need and be standardized, robust, and maintainable.
- Analyze source and target data requirements for interfaces to determine requirements for the solutions.
- Respond quickly to Middleware issues; analyze and identify fixes.
- Troubleshoot connection issue with partners, Hosting and infrastructure teams.
- Monitor and support middleware integration solutions to ensure solutions run reliably and all issues are detected, escalated, and addressed in a timely manner.
- Monitor and support middleware applications to ensure the performance of middleware applications. Escalate issues with application vendor, apply patches and updates as needed to maintain supportability.
- Understand project plans, make estimates of development efforts and deliver to deadlines.
- Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and provide regular updates.
- Work collaboratively with IT and Business teams SAP Functional and Support teams, Application, Infrastructure, Finance, Warehouse and Customer service teams.
- Work with external partners as needed to setup and troubleshoot connectivity Hosting Partners, VANs, Business Trading partners, Middleware vendor support.

Work Environment
The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $156,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
