As a Clinical Services Coordinator at Edgewood, you’ll have the important role of mentoring our caregivers! You will train them on both the practical skills of being a caregiver and the soft skills of working with our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Teach skill competency and clinical reasoning
- Demonstrate the concepts of good patient care
- Create a supportive and empowering learning environment
- Document employees’ progress through testing and observation
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
Qualifications:
- Active CNA & CMA license
- Minimum of two years clinical experience
- Prior experience training employees
- Passion and drive for helping others
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
