Position Overview:
As a Barback you will be responsible for supporting bartenders by ensuring the bar is stocked, organized, and ready to serve guests. This position requires a high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to perform various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the bar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Replenish liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes to ensure the bar is fully stocked.
- Ensure that glassware, bar tools, napkins, straws, and other essential supplies are available at all times.
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, washing glasses, and disposing of trash.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with guests and team members.
- Ensure that all areas are tidy, sanitary, and presentable, including storage areas.
- Help bartenders with prepping ingredients, garnishes, and drink orders during busy shifts.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience as a bar back, in hospitality, or in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented.
- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized, take direction and work independently.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
