Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and serve a variety of classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails with precision and artistry.
- Provide an engaging and memorable experience for guests through personalized recommendations and storytelling about cocktails and spirits.
- Maintain a deep understanding of premium liquors, wine, beer, and cocktail ingredients, including sourcing local and sustainable options when available.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Take drink orders, offer recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow standardized recipes for mixed drinks and cocktails, and create signature drinks when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area throughout the shift.
- Monitor and clean the bar area regularly, including cleaning glassware and utensils, wiping down counters, and removing waste.
- Take customer payments and handle cash, room charges, credit card transactions, and tab management accurately.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to alcohol service, including checking IDs to verify legal drinking age.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and managers to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior bartending or mixologist experience
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bartending tools. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, motivated and professional personality.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often loud environment
