Position Overview:
As a Line Cook at Edgewood Tahoe Resort, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to the resort’s high culinary standards and guest preferences.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating guidelines precisely.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Communicate effectively with chefs, fellow cooks, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in daily prep work, ensuring ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available as needed.
- Be adaptable to changes in menu, special requests, or guest dietary restrictions.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
- Follow safe handling practices for knives, kitchen tools, and hot surfaces.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance in line with the luxury resort’s standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
