Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the In Room Dining department
- Ensure all guest orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner
- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional guest service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Room Service/In Room Dining in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
