5.Experience doing PeopleSoft Development

7.Proficient using Application Designer
8.Proficiency in People Tools, Integration Broker, Web Services and EIP s
9.Competency in Oracle and Windows server environment
10.Project management experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills
11.Proficient at PS Query
12.Knowledge of MFT and other file mover software
13.Experience creating custom inbound and outbound interface files with banking and other external systems
14.Knowledge with PeopleSoft tables and structures for research and analysts
15.Experience with production support
16.Experience reviewing PeopleSoft code to identify root cause and customizations
17.Testing experience with PeopleSoft lifecycle testing
18.Experience writing enhancement documentation which includes and not limited to requirements gathering, business analyst, configuration,
19.Experience identifying tables and code changes, test conditions, business risks, and alternative options
20.Experience with a large Government enterprise solutions
21.Must be on call 24/7
