The EDI Specialist will work extensively with Purchase Orders (850), Invoices (810), and Advanced Ship Notices (ASNs 856), ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. This role focuses on supporting the seamless flow of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes between the company and its vendors.

- Monitor and manage EDI transactions focusing on 810, 850, 856, and 875
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve errors in raw EDI data to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate data exchanges.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent data discrepancies and improve the integrity of EDI processes.
- Regularly review and analyze transaction reports to ensure successful EDI transmissions.
- Provide support in mapping, testing, and onboarding new EDI partners or vendors.
- Maintain and update EDI documentation, including process flows and error-handling procedures.
- 3 years of EDI experience
- Strong knowledge of EDI transaction sets such as 850, 810, and 856
- Experience with identifying and resolving data errors in raw EDI files.
- Proficiency with EDI platforms, systems, and communication protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
