Our client is looking for an inhouse bookkeeper to manage financial duties such as running payroll, accounts payable and budget planning. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to details, and good organizational skills. This is a full-time hybrid role and will have a flexible work schedule with availability to work remotely 1-2 days a week. The right candidate will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer.

- Run payroll bi-weekly
- Manage payroll related expenses such as healthcare plans
- Process accounts payable and receivables
- Reconcile company accounts
- Document financial transaction details and monitor the transactions
- Prepare financial statements, such as ledgers, income statements, and balance sheets.
- Assist with creating budgets, financial forecasts, and quarterly reports.
- Human Resources (benefits, new hire paperwork/orientation, maintaining employee files and personnel information).
