Responsibilities

• Sell services being offered to potential customers
• Draft contracts for customers and manage the entire process from start to finish
• Make recommendations for materials to use and safety measures to take
• Oversee project management, including tracking budgets and maintaining a database of projects and their progress
• Perform field visits and write reports detailing project viability and progress

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida is required
• Strong technical background in structural design
• Deep knowledge of construction materials and methodologies
• Project Management experience
• Knowledge of compliance, zoning, and building legislation

This is an on-site position based in Miami, FL
