Purpose:
As a Marketing Manager, you will support the Director of Marketing to drive the brand strategy and marketing excellence for the Edible brand as well as emerging brand(s) from Edible. You will own the development of marketing plans to build brand awareness and equity, strategically acquire new customers, and drive retention and loyalty.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA, Monday through Thursday, with work-from-home flexibility on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of the Edible brand strategy, establishing growth objectives by leveraging consumer insights, category and consumer trends, and your understanding of the competitive landscape
- Serve as liaison between the Innovation, E-Commerce, Store Operations, and Technology teams to execute strategy for marketing elements that support overall marketing objectives for the brand
- Integrate the brand strategy across all customer touchpoints (email, paid media, in-store experience, e-commerce, etc.), and act as the brand steward to ensure continuity in creative & messaging across channels and adherence to brand guidelines
- Write creative briefs, working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative and messaging consistent with brand standards
- Develop and execute marketing/promotional campaigns to increase sales and profitability
- Identify and develop new marketing initiatives including brand partnerships
- Act as a brand ambassador and guardian of the brand, ensuring ideas and activations are aligned with the Edible brand standards and that the brand is represented accurately in all materials.
Requirements:
- 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2C, eCommerce, or with a nationally respected advertising agency
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Skilled in clear, concise verbal and written communication, including structured documents and PPT presentations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools, with a strong grasp of setting and measuring marketing KPIs
- Bachelors Degree
