Purpose:

As a Paid Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing our digital presence across multiple channels. What that looks like day to day: 

  • Strategic Channel Management: Managing and optimizing diverse digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising platforms. Your role is essential in analyzing channel performance and driving strategic enhancements to maximize impact. 
  • Creative Collaboration and Asset Planning: Work closely with the creative team to develop comprehensive digital asset creative briefs. This involves defining precise requirements and objectives for marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the overarching brand strategy. 
  • Asset Coordination: Ensure the streamlined coordination and distribution of marketing materials. Manage the workflow of digital assets to guarantee their timely delivery to pertinent stakeholders. 
  • Cross-Functional Team Liaison: Act as the essential bridge between internal departments like marketing, sales, and product teams, and external agencies. Facilitate seamless communication and ensure all parties are aligned with project goals and deadlines. 
  • Innovation and Analysis: Drive digital marketing initiatives forward by keeping abreast of the latest trends and optimization techniques in digital media and e-commerce. Regularly analyze campaign performance to provide insights and updates on industry trends and factors influencing digital performance. 
  • Budget Coordination: Become the forefront of managing the budget and invoicing for all paid media initiatives. Responsibilities will include meticulous tracking of campaign expenditures, ensuring they align with allocated budgets, and processing invoices with precision and timeliness. Your expertise will be crucial in negotiating with vendors and media partners to secure the best possible rates, maximizing our advertising spend. You will also perform regular audits to identify any discrepancies 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in digital marketing, with a comprehensive understanding of various digital channels and tools.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our home office in Sandy Springs, GA, with work from home flexibility on Fridays.
