Delivery Ambassador Job Description
The Delivery Ambassador is responsible for representing Edible Arrangements by maintaining a professional image at all times, while providing excellent customer service. The delivery driver is responsible for delivering Edible Arrangements orders.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Accurately delivers Edible Arrangements products in an efficient, courteous and timely manner.
- Gathers and organizes delivery tickets by area
- Log tickets in computer system for tracking purposes
- Organizes most efficient routes
- Load arrangements in the delivery vehicle ensuring no missing items are left behind
- Help maintain clean, and safe vehicles by promptly reporting any mechanical issue to Manager.
- Assist in store with small tasks as needed when not delivering
Skills/Qualifications:
High School Education diploma or equivalent preferred. Current valid driver's license, clean driving record, must possess geographical knowledge of service area, ability to follow directions, use map applications, and arrive at locations independently, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, friendly and upbeat personality.
Salary : $17 - $18
