Regional Vice President – Payer Sales
Overview :
Edifecs is looking for a candidate to join our team as a Regional Vice President, Healthcare Payer Sales. This is a direct sales position with quota responsibility. The ideal candidate will be an articulate, high-energy, self-motivated sales professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience selling enterprise software solutions to the health insurance industry. If a candidate has experience selling B2B, middleware, data transformation solutions, business intelligence software, or value-based care that's a plus. The Regional Vice President, Payer Sales will be responsible for managing all Health Care sales activity for key accounts—growing Edifecs' revenues and client base in this territory.
What you will do :
- Prospects and qualifies new sales leads to expand the customer base
- Presents and demonstrates the value of products or services to prospective buyers
- Builds and maintains relationships with clients and potential clients
- Understands customer needs and develops tailored proposals and solutions
- Negotiates contract terms with clients and communicates terms to stakeholders
- Collaborates with sales teams to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Manages a portfolio of accounts and operates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to those accounts
- Tracks, analyzes, and communicates key quantitative metrics and business trends to management and clients
- Owns the sales process, helping the organization understand the customer, and coordinating with other team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Keeps up-to-date with market trends, product innovations, and competitor actions
What you will bring :
Note : The base pay for this position varies based on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. The expected base pay range for this position is $145,000- $175,000 per year.
