The QHSE coordinator will work under the direction of the QHSE manager to assist in the execution of QHSE-related activities.

Job Location

Valdez, AK

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with occasional weekends)

Responsibilities

The QHSE coordinator will

• Educate, participate, and promote the company’s QHSE processes
• Facilitate the identification and mitigation of hazards
• Frequently evaluate the workplace and formulate recommendations
• Conduct QHSE meetings
• Serve as point of contact for accident, injury, and spill reporting
  
  

Qualifications

• QHSE experience
• Maritime experience
• Experience with a Quality Management System (QMS) – preferred
• US work authorization
