Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and development
• In-depth knowledge of Aerospace & Defense
• Foster a culture of innovation and mentor the tech team
• Work closely with executives and stakeholders.
• Travel occasionally to Houston & Washington DC

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a C-level role or similar
• Strong understanding of Unmanned Systems
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
