Responsibilities

- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring the presentation meets our culinary standards.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, specials, and drinks to enhance the dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to prioritize tasks and maintain service quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
