Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join the Accounting team at EHRA. The Billing Analyst responsibilities include collaborating internally with Project Managers to manage and analyze billing data to ensure timely, accurate invoicing preparation, cost tracking, collections and reporting.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain projects
- Review contract details in preparation for monthly invoicing
- Review project data and resolve any discrepancies to ensure accurate invoicing in accordance to contract
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project scope and ensure all billable work is captured
- Follow up with project managers regarding unbilled work in progress
- Prepare and submit monthly client invoices in a timely manner
- Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and initiate follow-up with clients
- Act as a point of contact for client inquires related to invoicing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and tax laws

Education, Certification and Experience:
- Associate’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
- 3-5 years experience in billing preferably within an engineering environment
- Previous experience with project-based work is strongly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Deltek Ajera software preferred
