About the Position
The Human Resources Director of Certificated Staff plans, organizes, and manages systems, procedures, and policies for effective personnel management of certificated staff, including recruitment and selection, staffing and assignment, performance evaluation, investigation of alleged misconduct, and administration of agreements for assigned areas of responsibility. Supervises personnel data management, placement of all student teachers, and substitute coordination.
This position begins the 2025-26 school year. Start date is August 11, 2025
