General Job Description

Job Summary:

The Low Volt Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling rough and trims in new housing

production. Also will be scheduling new homeowner activations and service calls that are

needed.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Schedules all Rough and Trims and Service/Homeowner calls in Computer Ease to send out.
  • Access Supply Pro or other builder scheduling portal to schedule and communicate with Builders


regarding roughs and trims.

  • Maintains Master schedule; revises and alerts appropriate persons of schedule changes or delays
  • Keep track of failed or passed inspections on excel sheets for subdivisions on inspection log on shared


drive.

  • Attaching purchase orders to job tasks
  • Access multiple builder websites to check on job sites, and notes.
  • Must be willing to cover other locations when a team member is out.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills / Abilities

  • Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
  • Must be able to learn Computer Ease and other software systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have time management skills and multitasking skills.
  • Be able to stay focused on tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be a team player and willingness to learn new procedures.


Education And Experience

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2 years of Customer service experience required
  • At least 1 year of scheduling experience preferred.
  • 2 years of Data Entry preferred.


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
