Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform data entry and other tasks to accurately and efficiently maintain customer and company records.
- Assist customers with orders, helping them navigate the order process, ensuring orders are entered accurately.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions to meet their requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, respectful manner.
- Conduct outbound calling tasks to follow up with customers or provide information.
- Uphold a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Self-starter and quick thinker who drives processes while following established procedures.
- High energy level.
- Some Excel experience required.
- Exceptional telephone and email expertise.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer knowledge.
- Receive and handle orders from customers, sales representatives and through the company's website.- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy.
- Fluency in English is required.
