General Description:
The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for direct relationship management with a portfolio of institutional investors. The manager will ensure compliance with transaction documents, quick response time for questions, and have direct supervisory responsibilities for a group of portfolio management analysts.
Main Accountabilities:
- Manager will be responsible for maintaining the direct relationships with institutional investors for a portfolio of wind and solar assets across North America and manage tax equity finance models.
- Manager will generate investor reporting deliverables such as operations reports, budgets, and presentations in accordance with contractual timelines, and supervise this process for their direct reports.
- Manager will lead the review process of accounting and cash flows for all projects in their portfolio, with support from team members and other relevant departments.
- Manager will work with investors to secure approvals for various commercial activities and draft investor consent, notice, and waiver documents as needed for their portfolio of investments, as well as supervising these efforts for their direct reports.
- Manager will support due diligence requests for any transactions regarding assets under their portfolio.
- Manager will be responsible for ensuring data integrity in the Investor Relations SQL Database for all assets in their portfolio.
- Manager will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Required Experience: 5 – 7 years in finance related field, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Business, Engineering, or other STEM related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum Requirements:
- 5 – 7 years in energy or finance desirable
- 1-2 years direct supervisory experience
- Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products preferred.
- Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise preferred
