Bilingual Supervisor

EDS Service Solutions partners with leading car rental companies nationwide to provide exceptional support for backend operations at the Car Rental Center.

As a Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing operations in the car rental industry to ensure vehicles are efficiently transported to the correct areas of the rental lot.

This position is operational, not office-based.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor all employees scheduled for your shift.
• Ensure employees are productive during work hours.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Meet productivity standards and benchmarks at your location.
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover for the Site Manager on their days off and carry out assigned tasks.
• Step in for driver / transporters lead and VSA's (car cleaners) as needed to meet customer needs.

Requirements :

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Bilingual in English / Spanish is required.
• Weekend availability is a must.

Pay Rate : $15 / hour
