We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support individuals with behavioral challenges, create impactful programs, and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct support and consultation to students, families, and staff to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Design, implement, and monitor Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs tailored to individual needs.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other paraprofessionals.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to track progress and adjust interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create positive learning environments.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards set by the BACB.
Qualifications
- Certification: Active BCBA certification for State of MA
- Education: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis tools/software.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $42.12 - $50.73 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
