USD 329 is seeking a dedicated Pre-K Teachers Aide to support early childhood education in a structured, engaging, and nurturing environment. The aide will assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans, supervising children, and ensuring a safe and developmentally appropriate setting for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Pre-K teacher with daily instruction, classroom activities, and student engagement.
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills through structured play and learning activities.
• Supervise students during classroom transitions, recess, lunch, and other non-instructional periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, including setting up learning materials.
• Help implement individualized support strategies for students with unique learning needs.
• Monitor student behavior and reinforce positive classroom expectations.
• Follow district policies regarding student safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide a high-quality learning experience.
