Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a D&T Field Support Technician to its team. This role will work onsite in New York, NY and works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This is a 6-month contract role that pays $33.05 per hour. The key to this role is prior experience with remote software tools and lifecycle management. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation, an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support to a diverse range of end users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Respond to support tickets and service requests efficiently, maintaining accurate documentation of resolutions.
- Maintain office technology, including hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance.
- Deliver front-facing customer service, assisting users with technical concerns in a professional manner.
- Offer Level 1 & Level 2 enterprise-level software support, troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Provide backend office support for Microsoft Office Suite, assisting with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize MS Intune for device management, software deployment, and policy enforcement.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory.
- Perform remote management of systems and devices to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle incident request management, following IT service management (ITSM) best practices to track, prioritize, and resolve IT incidents.
Required Skills:
- 5 year of enterprise experience
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support at enterprise level
- Remote management and incident request management
- Strong customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with the following:
- MS Intune
- Ticketing systems
- MS Office Suite
- Active Directory
