Education/Experience Required: 5 years of enterprise experience (2nd level support), focus on customer service

- Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
- Responding to tickets
- Maintaining office technology
- Front facing customer service
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
:
- 5 years of enterprise experience (2nd level support), focus on customer service
- H.S. Diploma
- MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
- Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
