We are in search for a IT Field Technician to join the dynamic team of professionals providing world class IT services to its clients in the NYC metro area. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with a proven track record to develop, implement, and support various initiatives in the area of IT Support. Responsibilities : Attending customer support requests via phone, email or in person. Performing server and network troubleshooting remotely and on site Doing application deployments Follow change control process Managing servers and network equipment Document and follow procedures Work on projects and tasks assigned in a timely manner Be available for emergencies and scheduled tasks during off business hours Be available for off hours on-call rotation. On-site visits to client site as needed Qualifications : Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor Other Details about the Job This is a Full-Time position.
