ESC’s premier healthcare client is seeking an HR Service Center Representative to join their organization working onsite in Charlotte, NC. The role works M-F 8am-4:30pm and starts as a contract opportunity affording long-term potential for a top performer. The role involves providing high-quality customer care and HR support through standardized processes, including administrative tasks, order fulfillment, and database transactions. The primary project involves organizing and digitizing important files by sorting, scanning, and securely sending out file boxes. Once this task is successfully completed, you'll have the opportunity to receive training on system processes, expanding your skills and experience.
Major Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated HR inquiries via phone, website, or email using all available resources.
- Use policies, ERP, and reference materials to assist with inquiries and issue resolution.
- Document and track incoming calls to address service-level issues.
- Sort, scan, and send out file boxes as part of records management.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier II, COE, and HRIS teams to ensure service levels are met.
- Maintain service level agreements and adhere to quality guidelines for customer interactions.
- Perform administrative and data management tasks supporting HR functions.
- Assist employees with self-service HR tools and technology navigation.
- Stay updated on policy changes to ensure timely issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in human resources or 5 years of experience in customer service.
- Must have experience with HCMs and be comfortable with file work
- Associate’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing with all levels within the organization demonstrating a high level of integrity, ethics, and customer service.
