Description
ESC's premier healthcare client is seeking an HRIS Reporting Specialist to join their organization working remotely . The role works full-time M-F and starts as a contract opportunity affording long-term potential for a top performer. The HRIS Reporting Specialist analyzes, monitors, troubleshoots, corrects, and processes complex HRIS self-service transactions generated from recruiting, leaders, and human resources. This role partners with end users and other human resources staff to educate on processes and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Major Responsibilities :
- Monitors, approves, and corrects complex transactions related to new hires, transfers, terms, and leaves which are generated in HRIS from recruiting, leaders, and human resources. Analyzes and interprets the transactions for validity and ensures organizational requirements are met.
- Troubleshoots complex errors on transactions by interpreting policies and procedures to correct the transaction. Researches and resolves system problems, unexpected results or process flaws while ensuring consistency across resolutions.
- Acts as a resource to end users and human resources to provide instruction on proper processes and procedures for self-service transactions. Informs site human resources and / or talent acquisition of unusual requests or potentially inconsistent practices regarding requisitions and other transactions.
- Creates and generates queries to audit and identify self-service issues and creates other HRIS related queries as needed.
- Develops training and other educational materials to help support and educate end users on proper use of the Human Capital Management self-service applications.
- Identifies and provides recommendations on potential process improvements to increase efficiency related to transactional processes.
