The HRIS Specialist will help support a team of Workday professionals while serving as an invaluable thought partner to the Functional Owners to convert the business needs into designs through architecture best practices, principles and process excellence. This individual will continue to drive and evolve the automation of our HRIS processes and will work to continually improve the people experience, adoption, functionality, reporting and training within our expanding Workday environment. We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Global HRIS Specialist to support the management and optimization of our global Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with a focus on the user experience and serving as a subject matter expert and configuration partner for Talent, Learning, and Absence modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS platforms and processes, a passion for leveraging technology to enhance HR operations, and a focus on continuous improvement. This role requires collaboration with global HR teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across all HR functions.
Specific Responsibilities :
HRIS System Management
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS platform (Workday) for Talent, Learning, and Absence modules.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data related to talent management, learning and development, and absence management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to HR processes.

The Salary range for this position is $76,050.00-$96,050.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
