We're seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Design Specialist to join our team at Educated Solutions Corp. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for designing and detailing drawings of equipment and systems for projects in SolidWorks and AutoCAD applications.
The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience with SolidWorks Design, preferably in the design of STAINLESS steel welded structural sheet metal. Key responsibilities include selecting mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components, communicating with fabrication shops during design and build of equipment, and visiting fabrication shops and customer sites to evaluate and support equipment.
We're looking for someone with a strong design acumen and technical ability to detail out drawings for sheet metal structures. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of design experience using SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD (3D modeling/designing), an Associates Degree or equivalent experience in mechanical design, and 1 years experience designing STAINLESS steel welded structural sheet metal.
