Description
ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Account Manager Associate working remotely to support our premier client's retail digital video games team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a passion for gaming, and a proactive approach to improving digital content operations. This is a 12-month contract role that offers opportunity to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, vendors, and tech teams, overseeing selection, onboarding, growth, and digital operations for downloadable gaming and software content.
Responsibilities :
- Content Launch & Management : Oversee new content launches, manage offer setup and quality control, and ensure accurate and engaging product detail pages.
- Technical Operations & Support : Ingest and validate assets, troubleshoot content-related issues, and optimize workflows for seamless digital content delivery.
- Process Improvement & Automation : Identify opportunities for automation, streamline content ingestion processes, and implement new operational workflows.
- Technical Advocacy & Collaboration : Drive technical discussions, provide guidance on risk management, and act as a liaison between business, vendors, and tech teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with internal teams and top gaming brands to curate high-quality digital gaming experiences.
- Capability Building : Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team expertise and operational efficiency.
