What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Bookkeeper position at Education Foundation of St. Lucie County, Inc.?
Immediate need for a permanent part-time bookkeeper with good administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Reconciling accounts and keeping financial records including bank statements
Processing payables and receivables including generating invoices and receipts
Identifying and reporting data irregularities to management
Producing balance sheets, statements and other financial reports
Proficient in using Quickbooks, spreadsheets and databases
Maintaining a company general ledger, which entails recording daily transactions, deposits, and income
This position will require reporting to the office 10-15 hours each week. Additional hours may be needed as requested. $30/hour. 1099 and contractor engagements welcome. No benefits.
- Must have references and must pass the St Lucie County School District background check procedure.
