Job Overview
Under the direction of Education to Employment Partners, the Center Manager of Coastal Compass Education and Career Resource Center (Coastal Compass) serves as the manager of the Coastal Compass Center and coordinates the Coastal Compass Mobile Center activities.
Responsibilities and Duties
(1) Adhere to the mission, vision, and core values of Education to Employment Partners.
o Strive to bring together people, information, and resources to increase educational and job attainment in the Coastal Bend o Ensure compliance with safety standards, organizational policies, and general procedures

(2) Manage the operations of Coastal Compass and the Coastal Compass Mobile Center.
o Through visionary and innovative leadership, the Coastal Compass Center Manager will develop and implement strategies to increase outcomes related to number of customers served (both in-person and remotely) as well as number of individuals reached via community outreach activities (i.e., follow up program, referral program)
o Ensure that the Center is open during hours of operation and that all events/activities (both inside and outside the Center) are fully staffed
o Supervise, train, and evaluate Coastal Compass staff and partners as appropriate to ensure Center operations are efficient and effective and that clients’ needs are met in a positive, respectful manner
o Keep itemized inventory documentation and ensure that all equipment, technology, and furniture assets are secured and maintained appropriately
o Ensure that Coastal Compass monthly newsletter is distributed consistently and with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
o Plan, coordinate, and execute events
o Coordinate scheduling and service delivery for the Coastal Compass Mobile Center to ensure maximum reach and engagement in the rural areas of the Coastal Bend region
o Plan, schedule, and coordinate monthly Direction to Success TV segments with KIII
o Complete monthly data, grant, activity, and outreach reports with accuracy and integrity
o Serve as the Coastal Compass outreach liaison while scheduling, planning, and participating in community events throughout the Coastal Bend
o Maintain program data, records, and statistical information utilizing Salesforce CRM software with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity
o Manage interagency referral processes with education institutions and community organizations to ensure streamlined service delivery to program participants
o Work with partnering institutions to connect returning adults with admissions representatives, including financial aid, academic advising, and student success services
o Maintain a caseload of program participants who require specialized assistance with completion of postsecondary degree, certification, or credential
o Assist with other duties as assigned
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Public Administration, Management, or related field AND three (3) years of management experience
· Associate degree from an accredited institution in Business, Public Administration, Management, or related field AND seven (7) years of management experience
· Experience in development and administration of programs supporting opportunity youth and economically disadvantaged population groups
· Experience in development and administration of programs supporting adult learners
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM databases
Starting Salary
$42,000 - $44,000 per year based on education and/or experience
