Essential Functions - Support education in South Texas and be part of a rapidly growing, local non-profit organization. The Executive Administrative Assistant provides direct clerical support to the E2E business office.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Director and Director of Operations to support the mission and general objectives of the organization
- Attend meetings to take and provide detailed minutes
- Complete all filing and electronic systems management for areas of responsibility
- Track and maintain inventories of conference materials, office supplies and printing needs
- Assist with payroll and expense reports
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and related materials
- Communicate professionally and effectively with external partners, vendors, and clients
- Perform errands as needed for the organization
- Complete other duties as assigned by Director of Operations
- Adhere to the mission, vision, and core values of Education to Employment Partners
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, organizational policies, and general procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Well-developed attention to detail
