We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Banking representative to provide unrivaled member service. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branch operations, excellent communication skills and the drive to enhance member engagement. Responsibilities of the position include:
Accurately process teller transactions (loan payments, transfer of funds)
Thorough knowledge of negotiable instruments such as cash and checks
Efficiently and accurately record information
Research and resolve members’ concerns
Cross-sell credit union products and services
Efficiently utilize the software systems provided to perform member transactions
Become familiar with underbanked and underserved communities and have a strategic mindset to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
Work collaboratively with community and company partners to coordinate and set up mobile branch visits, providing convenient access to financial services for their staff and/or clients.
Drive the mobile branch or the mobile branch support vehicle to various organizations.
Maintain proper inventory and supplies within the branch.
Set up, take down, and fuel the mobile branch and/or mobile branch support vehicle.
Provide support at other branch locations as needed.
The ideal candidate will have the desire to provide outstanding member service and enthusiastically meet sales and service expectations. They will be highly motivated and dependable and desire to work as a team. Membership and lending experience are preferred.
This position requires an ability to communicate effectively with prospective and current members and to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner. A clean driving record is required.
Spanish or Hmong speaking is a plus.
Salary : $19 - $34
