Job Title: Director of Evaluation Services
Summary: The Director of Evaluation Services (DES) reports to the President and the Vice
President. The DES is responsible for the overall management of quality of work
output of the Certification and Evaluation Units and the training of junior
analyst/evaluation staff. The DES ensures that client/customer inquiries are
responded to in a timely manner by Certification and Evaluation staff, and
coordinates the development and maintenance of EP reference and resource
databases
Your essential duties and responsibilities will include:
Day-to-day management of Certification and Evaluation Units, which includes
supporting a team of talented and engaged credential evaluators and associates.
Dynamic workflow management: ensuring that Unit evaluation work (evaluations,
document requests, information requests, document verification, challenge responses)
is completed accurately, precisely, and in a timely manner.
Coordinating and approving analyst/evaluator staff work schedules.
Developing, encouraging, training, and supporting junior evaluation staff in evaluation,
country-specific, and profession-specific methodology.
Making recommendations for employee professional development opportunities and
providing quarterly performance reviews for staff.
Maintaining and developing EP credential evaluation policies and methodology.
Leading in the delivery and design of our external professional training programs.
Representing EP at professional events and meetings.
Communication and engagement with a variety of applicants, customers, and clients
that require a response from senior management.
Additional related administrative responsibilities as assigned.

You will be a communicator, with excellent verbal and written skills to match.
You’ll have acute attention to detail, excellent research skills, and personal energy and
enthusiasm.
An interest in international education, and the ability to interact effectively and
patiently with individuals who are not native speakers of English
A minimum of a US Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, is required
You will be flexible and willing to adjust to dynamic workflows, as needed.
Your experience will include:
Experience working as an experienced or senior credential evaluator at an established
credential evaluation agency, or experience in undergraduate, graduate, or transfer
admissions at a regionally accredited institution, or its equivalent.
The benefits:
We offer a salary of $70,000-85,000 per annum with excellent growth potential, a
higher salary may be considered with previous relevant experience.

A hybrid/remote work schedule is possible, after completion of onboarding
