General Responsibilities
Under the general direction of the ECE manager, the ECE Program Support Specialist provides routine department support and/or enrollment services to assigned programs. This position will be full-time, year-round. A health exam, including a TB test, and clearance through DCYF is required prior to the start date. The candidate in this role will provide enrollment support.
Salary:
The full range for this position is $45,011.20 - $54,766.40. Offers are made at the entry level of the range.
Assignment:
This position will work full-time, year-round. he position also requires a criminal history check and fingerprint check through the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), proof of MMR immunization, a health exam and TB test prior to starting.
Essential Functions:
- Receive and screen phone calls and visitors.
- Enter data in multiple databases.
- Establish and maintain professional, effective working relationships with families, staff and community partners.
- Adhere to program performance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Receive and complete incoming and cyclical clerical work.
- Travel to various locations, i.e child care sites, home visits, and community events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in an office environment that includes customer service
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs and other databases.
- Bilingual: Spanish/English.
- Valid driver's license.
