General Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Operations Manager has professional level responsibilities in managing day to day operations, systems, employee relations, strategic planning and communications.
Salary :
The full range for this position is $86,424.00 - $105,164.80. Offers are made at the entry level of the range.
Assignment :
This position will work full-time, year-round. Initial interviews are tentatively planned for February 13th.

Do you have a Bachelor's Degree or higher and five years of successful professional Human Resources experience?
Do you have experience with employee relations to include managing performance issues and employee discipline?
Do you have experience using Microsoft Office programs and Human Resources Information Systems?
