Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Human Resources Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure the seamless integration of various operational initiatives, including systems implementations, process improvements, and acquisitions. The salary for this role will range from $108,022 to $162,303, depending on factors such as skills and relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Operational Systems and Processes: Implement, enhance, and streamline operational systems, processes, and workflows, aligning them with business goals and objectives.
- Lead Operational Projects: Manage and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, ensuring the successful execution of operational initiatives.
- Track and Report Progress: Monitor, track, and analyze project and operational performance, generating reports and key metrics to drive continuous improvement and maintain leadership awareness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with relevant stakeholders, providing updates on operational projects and initiatives, addressing challenges and outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within operations, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational changes, ensuring the successful achievement of business goals and objectives.
- Change Management Support: Lead and support teams through transitions by effectively managing change, delivering necessary training, and providing resources to facilitate smooth implementation.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in operations management, systems optimization, process improvement, or related roles.
- Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of business operations, systems, and process optimization techniques.
- Project Management: Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects with a focus on operational systems and workflows.
- Process Optimization: Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across various operational areas.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Experience in managing change, including preparing teams for transitions and effectively communicating changes.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and operational software platforms (e.g., ERP systems, HRIS platforms).
- Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
