Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. You'll work closely with our Construction Foreman to plan, organize, and execute construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety policies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Construction Foreman in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects.
- Work effectively as part of a 3-4 member crew to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety policies.
- Conduct technical and safety training for new crew members.
- Construct high-quality buildings, including installing footings, framing, and sheathing.
