Production Associate Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Associate Lead to join our team at Lester Buildings. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of manufacturing associates and ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products.

Job Description

This position will oversee the daily activities of our manufacturing team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team members to improve their skills and performance.

• Lead a team of manufacturing associates
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
• Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels

You will also be responsible for communicating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless production and delivery of our products.
