Summary

ESI is seeking a Cutover Lead that will be responsible for gathering the granular details between legacy systems and pending solutions. Leveraging those details, the Cutover Lead will create partnerships between system teams and drive communication. The Cutover Lead will create a schedule to ensure the details are identified and migrated on-time, ensuring a smooth transition.

Your role in our mission

• Manages multiple projects and/or programs of varying complexity through the Project Life Cycle, following defined project management policies and procedures and leading project teams that are responsible for achieving project/program objectives
• Develops and updates Project Schedules, including Project Phases, Tasks, Work Efforts, Durations, and Key Milestones to help drive successful outcomes
• Organizes, directs, and motivates project team members to ensure awareness and understanding of project deadlines, scope, assignments, and objectives and to successfully execute and deliver projects
• Tracks project progress through monitoring project resource hours and ensuring timeliness and accuracy of reporting
• Effectively communicates project progress through Project Status Report Updates, including identifying, communicating, and monitoring project Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Constraints
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in project and/or program management with a strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, with specific hands on experience successfully delivering, multiple projects and/or programs of varying size and complexity
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate project status, progress, and challenges to multiple-level stakeholders
• Experience adapting to changes in priority and the ability to think on your feet when circumstances/issues arise, with the mindset/ability to focus on the resolution of the problem and motivate the project team to do likewise
• Experience managing projects within a Client / Vendor structure
• Expertise navigating and utilizing MS Office 365
• MS Project experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
