Tillamook Service Center: Our Early Learning programs support children, families and child care providers. Our Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education programs focus on children ages birth to 5 who are experiencing disabilities.
Substitute Teacher Qualifications: Substitute Teachers must apply for or possess a valid Oregon Teaching or Substitute Teaching License. Licensing is completed via the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) and must be obtained before one is qualified to work as a Substitute Teacher.
