About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing multiple companies across various industries. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in assisting the CEO with tasks across multiple businesses, including administrative support, strategic project coordination, and communication management. This individual will gain exposure to a wide range of industries and contribute to the success of several growing companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, meetings, and appointments across multiple businesses.
• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently for both domestic and international trips.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring high attention to detail.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of key meetings, including taking notes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely execution.
• Manage confidential information with integrity, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and various company teams, clients, and partners.
• Help prioritize and manage a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Attend industry-related events, conferences, and meetings as needed, representing the CEO when necessary.
• Support the CEO in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all companies and departments.
• Assist in the development and execution of company-wide initiatives and strategic projects.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, supporting senior leadership.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful with the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach to handling challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Suite and familiarity with project management tools with the ability to learn and implement new softwares.
• A keen interest in learning about and understanding various industries.
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential in this role.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience working in a multi-company environment is a plus, but not required.
Other Informantion:
- Ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.
